Shipping policy

Shipping rates are solely dependent on location and weight. We currently provide shipping to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
• Including P.O. Boxes. 
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands

Per USPS/UPS/FedEx, returned packages due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations can take up to 30 days or more to be sent back to the sender. All Things Keya LLC is not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses inputted by the customer. 

 To avoid long wait times and potential manual errors, any package that is returned to our warehouse or has tracking status "return to sender" or "undeliverable" will automatically be refunded.
