Refund policy

Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), e-books, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Bodysuits cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.


Refunds

All Things Keya LLC will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with label

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a decline of the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us  5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped. For any unwanted items, please refer to the Refund Policy.
